Our mission is to advance Cruz Muñoz's political campaign, promoting positive change and a brighter future for our community.

My name is Cruz Munoz, and I am the current Councilman for District 3 in the Village of Los Lunas. I am seeking your support for re-election on election day, November 4, 2025.

I have been a Village Councilman for District 3 since February 21, 2019, and my decision to run for re-election is driven by my commitment to continue serving this community. As Councilman, I believe the Village of Los Lunas has become a key player in Central New Mexico’s technology, manufacturing, and logistics ecosystems. While we continue to grow, it is crucial that our community works together to create a sustainable future with quality infrastructure, employment, and economic opportunities.

Throughout my career, I have worked in leadership roles that have shaped my understanding of the importance of fiscal responsibility, efficient management, and community engagement. As a retired Branch Manager at Daimler Chrysler and a former Sales Manager at JP Morgan Chase, I have extensive experience in the financial and banking industry. Today, I continue to serve as an employee of Mountain America Credit Union, which allows me to stay connected to the evolving financial landscape of our community.

My priority is to ensure that we have the infrastructure, public safety, and recreational opportunities that allow Los Lunas to thrive. At the same time, I am dedicated to promoting responsible growth that doesn’t sacrifice the values and small town charm we all cherish. I believe in transparency, collaboration, and being a voice for the residents of District 3.

I am proud to be a life long resident of Los Lunas and married to Cathy Wortman Munoz for 56 years. Together we have three daughters: Monica Clarke (husband Greg Clarke), Kathleen Griego (husband David Griego), and Kristy Jimenez (husband Andres Jimenez), six grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.

I am honored to serve, and with your support, I will continue to work toward a bright, prosperous future for our village. On November 4, 2025, I ask for your vote so we can build a better community together.
